ATEA Technocamp 2026 – Self-healing infrastructure
In 2025, Karl Dag Gursli, Håvar Eggereide and I sat down to plan what we should organise for TC26. With all the rapid changes in the IT landscape, we concluded that we should focus on self-healing infrastructure. Much of this work we do every day with Terraform, Ansible and various automation, but AI agents are changing the picture very quickly, and we need to stay ahead of the curve.
Using Copilot, Claude and the like directly in the local IT environment feels a little wrong. You lose control over where your prompts flow, and do these AI companies really look after your data as well as they say? That is why we had to test this with local AI in the LAB. Fortunately we got Aron Krishna on board, who helped us with the fantastic LAB at Arrow, where we got access to several LLM models and an outstanding IBM OpenShift environment!
